What area do you cover
A large area covering the south of England - if your wedding is more than 40 miles from our base, a nominal travelling charge may apply.

How many copies are included
Two DVD’s are included in all packages Extra copies are always available - a discount applies to 3 or more copies.

Are there any hidden extra charges
No - the price we quote is the price you pay - once you have paid a deposit the quoted price still applies even if you are getting married the following year.

Do you attend the rehearsal
Yes whenever possible - we like to familiarise ourselves with the venue and discuss camera position with the Minister.

Do you move during the ceremony
No - our cameras are tripod mounted and the positions are planned prior to your wedding - the use of two cameras enables a variety of shots without moving.

Do you sub let your work
No - we only film one wedding per day to ensure you receive our personal service.

When will the DVD be ready
Usually about eight weeks - this may vary depending on our work load at the time.

Can we have our own music
Yes - a copyright licence is now included in all packages.

Will we have an input in the editing of our DVD
Yes - you will be invited to our studio during the final stages of editing to view your video and discuss titles, credits & music etc.

Do you cut the ceremony/speeches during the edit
The choice is yours - we always film the entire ceremony and speeches.

Do you have Public Liability insurance
Yes - we are insured to the sum of £2,000,000 - often venues will require the
Videographer to be covered by public liability insurance and provide evidence.
